You are either in or out, there is no in between. Once  you engage - which might just be lingering for a few seconds more on a post - the algorithm starts to tilt your feed. The more you engage the narrower or focussed the feed becomes in perspective.\r\n\r\nIt polarises, repeating content and that repetition replayed can radicalise. This is an accidental by-product of the algorithm - a tool designed to sell. It can end up setting us against each other - creating friction over things as inconsequential as the flow of traffic in an Aldi carpark.\r\n\r\nIn this set I have fused a bullet with a mannequin head. This symbolises what we become - live rounds.
